Arbor Forest

The works consist of the upgrade of an existing office building that is Grade 2 listed. Works include the removal of all high level roof covering, buttress walls, copings and rainwater goods and replacement with new, the reinstated stone cills cleaning and painting of existing brickwork and finished in new see through render. Asbestos to the roof space will also be removed and the insulation replaced and relayed on completion.
