Chad Varah Chapel, Lincoln

The project was a Grade 2 listed Chapel located just off Castle Square in Lincoln. We were employed to convert the Chapel into a residential dwelling.

A 2 storey internal steel frame with concrete mezzanine decks was constructed within the existing Chapel.

Retaining and protecting the existing features required careful phasing and methodology. The project was delivered on time and as the contract sum.
