South Hykeham Primary School

The work involved the construction of a single storey extension of trational construction with cavity walls. The formation of a retaining wall ramp was due to the levels on site. The roof was a traditional trussed rafters with interlocking Concrete tiles to match existing traditional strip foundations and suspended beam and block floor.

The remodelling included internal redecoration new suspended ceilings and lighting. The works included all electrical, mechanical and drainage alterations.
