CO-OP Sturton-by-Stow

Won through a competitive tender, Topcon and the Co-op team completed the demolition of an existing public house to create a site for a new Co-op store development.

Topcon carried out the shell build which was designed to blend in with the village aesthetics and create character within the village community.

External works comprised of new surface and foul water drainage along with extensive attenuation given the hard surface car parking required to service the store.

Outside of the boundary of the site a new site entrance was created along with foul and surface water connections. Additionally new footfall and crossings were incorporated to improve access safety to the development.
