Lenzing Fibres

Won through competitive tender, Topcon and the Lenzing team undertook the construction of a fast-tracked, piled steel frame storage area to facilitate a new storage and guillotine cutting room to enable further production capacity for the customer.

Extensive external works including deep drainage retaining walls and large concrete paved areas where carried out in conjunction with the shell build. Once completed Topcon where then requested by the Lenzing team to supervise and coordinate the fit out and completion of the project.
