At the request of the customer Topcon where instructed to extend and refurbish the existing house to create 7800 square ft 3 storey extension to provide specialist lift, indoor swimming pool and leisure area. Green energy packages where incorporated into the works to reduce the carbon footprint and energy cost.

The external package involves all drainage, a decking area along with storage and green house construction.
