Recently Completed Project – Costa Coffee, Lincoln

Construction of a new single storey drive-through coffee shop in Lincoln.

Topcon won the project through competitive tender to carry out the shell build and groundworks package at Wragby Road, Lincoln.

As a design and build project Topcon worked with Framework Architects to complete the design process of the steel framed building along with rendered blockwork, a cladded roof structure and decorative cedar board finish.

External works included new surface and foul water drainage along with attenuation, full carpark resurfacing and car park lighting upgrade.

Outside the boundary of the site a new entrance was created along with paving and services connections.
